Biography

I am a technologist and builder focused on engineering high-performance, scalable systems and crafting digital products. Over the years, I have built and scaled startups from various perspectives across business, strategy, and engineering. Since 2024, my focus has been entirely on applied AI and intelligent business automation.

Born in New Delhi, India, and currently based in São Paulo, Brazil, my work is driven by a deep fascination with complex distributed systems, human-computer interfaces, and the philosophy of technology. Below are some of the places where I have spent the last decade honing my craft:

Kolab Co-Founder & COO

I co-founded Kolab with Fernando, Felipe, and Vini to transform how hiring happens in Brazil—the second-largest services market in the world after China. It is a highly complex, massive, and messaging-driven ecosystem where nearly 20 million people seek employment annually. Leading operations and product here continues to be the most fulfilling professional chapter of my life.

Hubla Helped with Product and Strategy

Brazilian creators operate at an incredible level of maturity, with many running their entire businesses directly on Hubla. Joining when it was still known as ChatPay, this was my first professional experience in Brazil—serving as a high-intensity immersion into working within an entirely different cultural context, mastering a new language, and adapting to a completely new pace.

Apna Head of Business, Founding Team

I met the Apna founders in a cafe in Powai, Mumbai, right after they closed a $2M seed round with Sequoia and Lightspeed. There was no team yet, but there was an abundance of ambition. Something inside me knew it was going to be a rocketship. Joining as the fourth employee, I led overall business and operations up through our Series A. Apna went on to become the fastest unicorn in the history of Indian startups. It was here that my self-doubt began to dissolve; working shoulder-to-shoulder with an absolute A-team to build something of real scale proved to me that I had what it takes to operate at the highest level.

Goodera Corporate Development Director

Goodera was my first proper corporate job—a high-octane business development role complete with 5 AM flights, a wardrobe of off-the-rack suits, and pitches to executives at some of the world's largest companies. Though a short stint, it was probably the most fun I have ever had at a job, working alongside Tushar and Pranav (my college seniors and friends) while making lifelong friends in Richa, Abhishek, and Abhisekh (and yes, those last two names are indeed different).

Insinew Co-Founder

With my closest friends Ankush and Raghav, we set out with massive ambitions to disrupt the real estate industry, later pivoting into event-tech. It was incredibly challenging, and we were admittedly unprepared, but Insinew remains profitable to this day. I am deeply proud of that durability, even though looking back there is so much I would do differently.

Foetron Director

My first professional endeavor. I joined Sunny—my first true mentor—originally as a summer intern, then transitioned to a manager, and was eventually invited to be his co-founder. I learned a tremendous amount (and had to unlearn just as much), and I will always look back on this formative experience with immense gratitude.
